Oppo F5 6GB variant is available for PreOrder at Rs. 24,990
Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo had released 4GB RAM model of its selfie-focussed smartphone Oppo F5 earlier this month. Its 6GB RAM variant is up for preorder exclusively on Flipkart. The smartphone would be available for sale from 1 December onwards and it has been priced at Rs 24,990. The handset will be available to buy in Black and Red colour variants. The Red colour edition which is currently not there on Flipkart, was launched in collaboration with Vogue India on its 10th anniversary.
Oppo F5 6GB RAM specifications
Except for RAM and inbuilt storage, the specifications and features of both the variants of Oppo F5 are same. It features a 6-inch full HD+ LTPS 'Full Screen' display with the resolution of 1080x2160 pixels, 18:9 aspect ratio and is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It sports a sleek metal body with very thin bezels measuring 156.5x76x7.5mm and weighing 152 gms. This dual SIM (Nano SIM+ Nano SIM) device is powered by a 2.5 GHz MediaTek MT6763T octa-core SoC chipset paired with 6GB RAM, Mali G71 MP2 GPU and 64GB of onboard storage memory expandable upto 256GB via a dedicated microSD card slot. The device boots on ColorOS 3.2 based on Android v7.1 Nougat operating system. In terms of optic department, the phone sports a 20MP front facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and 16MP rear camera with dual LED flash and f/1.8 aperture. The highlight of this phone is its front camera is equipped with AI (Artificial Intelligence) powered beauty recognition technology feature which automatically minimizes skin blemishes and beautifies the picture. Another important features are O-Share (which enables faster file transfer as compared to Bluetooth), Game Acceleration and Facial Unlock feature like iPhoneX. It sports a fingerprint sensor at the back of the phone.
The device is fuelled by a 3200 mAH non-removable Li-ion battery which provides uninterrupted usage for more than a day. It includes the connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v4.2, dual-band frequency (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB with OTG support and a 3.5mm audio jack. The sensors included are accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass and proximity sensor.
