Mi Smart Band 3i Launched in India for Rs 1,299

After the success of Mi Band 4, Xiaomi has recently launched an affordable fitness tracker in India called the Mi smart Band3i. This latest smartband is available online for Rs 1,299 in black colour option. The only difference between Mi Band 3i and its predecessor Mi Band 3 is that the latest version sports a bigger display and doesn’t have the heart rate monitor.

Specifications & Features

Mi Band 3i comes with a 0.78-inch AMOLED touch display with 128x80 pixels resolution. The band has a 5ATM waterproof rating (50 metres in depth for 10 minutes) making it suitable for swimming. You can also track your calories burnt, sleep pattern and physical activities like cycling, running and walking using the band. You can view SMS, calls and other app notifications on the band once you connect it to your smartphone via Bluetooth. It also comes with “Find Device” option which enables you to detect the paired smartphone directly from the band. The additional features of Mi Band 3i include calorie counter, ability to reject/accept calls, view messages, sleep monitor, sleep counter, event reminders, app notifications, and timer among others. It is powered by a 110mAh battery which lasts for about 20 days. In terms of connectivity and sensors, available options are 3-axis accelerometer, Bluetooth 4.2 BLE. However, it is compatible with smartphones with Bluetooth 4.0 and Android 4.4 or iOS 9.0 or higher.

Xiaomi has made this device very affordable by pricing it at Rs. 1,299. The band is currently available for pre-order on Xiaomi’s website and will be going on sale soon.
