OnePlus 2 comes in both the options having 3GB or 4GB RAM and 16GB/64GB internal storage whereas OnePlus X offers 3GB RAM along with 16GB in-built memory with an expandable option upto 128GB.
3. Battery : OnePlus 2 has more powerful capacity 3300 mAH battery as compared to 2525 mAH battery offered by OnePlus X.
