Xiaomi's bezel-less phone Mi Mix 2 launched at Rs. 35,999
After Xiaomi's first bezel-less smartphone Mi Mix which was launched last year, the company has recently launched its latest flagship phone Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 to compete with the likes of latest Apple and Samsung flagship phones.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 features an edge-to-edge 5.99-inch display with 92 percent screen to body ratio. It has a full HD+ IPS display with 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution. Its bezel-less screen is provided protection by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The phone is made up of ceramic material along with aerospace grade aluminium alloy frame with curved corners which makes it light in weight and corrosion resistant. It is packed with a 2.45Ghz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor which is claimed to be world's first 10nm chipset and improves the performance by 27 percent. The processor is paired with 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB internal storage variants along with Adreno 540 GPU. Teh device runs on MIUI 8 based on Android N operating system. It is fuelled by 3400mAH battery, has a fingerprint sensor and USB Type C port which supports Quick charging and charges the device to full capacity in less than 2 hours.
In terms of optics, the phone sports a 12MP rear camera featuring a Sony IMX382 sensor along with 1.25um and 4-axis image stabilization which ensures great shots even in low light environment and also offers steady clicks in motion. The 5MP front snapper is placed at the bottom and comes with Super Black lens coating which enables the camera to completely merge with the body when the display is off. The phone has no 3.5 mm headphone.

Mi Mix 2 is priced in India at Rs. 35,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, and it will be available exclusively through Flipkart. It will be available in Black and White colour options. The phone will go on on a flash sale for the first time on October 17 (12PM Noon). The phone will also be available from the company’s Mi Home physical stores across the country as well as Mi.com. The company is also introducing 0% EMI interest scheme for the Mi Mix 2 when you buy it from Flipkart or Mi.com.
This phone is priced lower than its peer competitors like Apple iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy S8, Apple iPhone 8 and Galaxy Note 8 but is equipped with similar features and specifications.
